Key NPCs

Points of Interest

High Sun Market

A bustling, vibrant market on the waterfront, sensory and loud. Site of the “Spice and Salt Market” incident.

The Docks & Warehouse District

The economic engine of the island, smelling of tar, fish, and sweat.

  • Warehouse 4: A large, corrugated iron structure recently purchased by an “overseas investor.” It has new locks and is guarded by private mercenaries (Atlas Group), not the town guard.
  • The Black Ship: Reference to a dark-hulled schooner often seen moored here at night, offloading unmarked crates.

The Rusty Anchor

The local tavern and social heart of the fishing community. It is a rowdy place where Rual Shard holds court with his stories before drinking himself into a stupor.

  • Regulars: Oszchwald Alegarten can often be found here, “working” by listening to every conversation in the room.

The Archive of Waves

A dusty, salt-crusted tower containing the archipelago’s history, shipping logs, and maritime charts. It is disorganized and vast.

  • Notes: Oszchwald claims to have read every scroll here. It is one of the few places to learn about the “Shuttering Ritual” or the history of the Crystalline Siphon.

The Cellar (Rumored)

A “members only” gambling den backroom, rumored to be the recruiting ground for the local Sneaks Guild.

  • Connection: Oszchwald is an aspiring member trying to gain entry.

Governor’s Offices

Located in the heart of the town, where Finch conducts his business.
